Dokuheh Rural District (Persian: دهستان دوكوهه) is in Seh Qaleh District of Sarayan County, South Khorasan province, Iran.[3] Its capital is the village of Chah Talab.[4]

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 2,412 in 562 households.[5] There were 843 inhabitants in 226 households at the following census of 2011.[6] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 631 in 170 households. The most populous of its 49 villages was Chah Ghiyas, with 321 people.[2]
