James Bouvias Pruitt[1] (born January 29, 1964) is a former professional American football player who played wide receiver for six seasons in the NFL for the Miami Dolphins (1986–1988, 1990–1991)[2] and Indianapolis Colts (1988–1989);[3] He was selected by the Dolphins in the fourth round of the 1986 NFL draft.[4] He finished his career in the CFL playing for Ottawa and Sacramento.[5]
