Kanavand (Persian: كناوند, also Romanized as Kanāvand, Kanawand, Kanvand, and Kenāvand)[1] is a village in Zanjanrud-e Bala Rural District, in the Central District of Zanjan County, Zanjan Province, Iran. By the time of the 2006 census, the population of Kanavand was 484, with 137 different families living there.[2]
