Yhdysvaltain Grand Prix 1966 oli Formula 1 -sarjan osakilpailu, joka ajettiin 2. lokakuuta 1966 Watkins Glenin radalla. Kilpailun voitti Jim Clark, jolle voitto oli kauden ensimmäinen. Kilpailu oli myös lajin historian ensimmäinen missä keskeyttämään joutunut kuljettaja pääsi palkintokorokkeelle.
