Bothrops insularis, yang lebih dikenal sebagai kepala tombak emas,[3] adalah sebuah spesies beludak lubang yang sangat berbisa dan endemik di Ilha da Queimada Grande, lepas pantai negara bagian São Paulo, Brasil.[3] Spesies tersebut dinamai demikian karena berwarna coklat kekuningan dan kepalanya yang identik dengan genus Bothrops. Tak ada subspesies Bothrops insularis yang kini masih ada.[4] Spesies tersebut adalah salah satu ular paling berbisa di Amerika Latin.
