Edward John O'Brien (lahir 15 April 1968) adalah gitaris dan penulis lagu Inggris, dan anggota grup musik rok Radiohead. Dia merilis musik solo di bawah nama EOB.

O'Brien menghadiri Sekolah Abingdon [en] di Oxfordshire, Inggris, di mana dia bertemu anggota-anggota Radiohead yang lain.
