Yuma County er et fylke i den amerikanske delstaten Colorado. Det ligger i de nordøstlige delene av staten og det grenser mot Phillips County i nord, Kit Carson County i sør, Washington County i vest og mot Logan County i nordvest. Det har også grense mot delstatene Nebraska og Kansas i øst.
Yuma Countys totale areal er 6 135,94 km² hvorav 8,57 km² er vann. Ved folketellingen i 2010 hadde fylket 10 043[2][1] innbyggere og administrasjonssenteret ligger i byen Wray[1] og fylkets største by er Yuma.
Fylket ble grunnlagt i 1889[1] av land som ble skilt ut fra El Paso County og det har fått sitt navn etter Yumaindianene som bodde i området.
