Biografia

Bacon iniciou sua carreira atuando em filmes com Charles Chaplin e Broncho Billy Anderson, atuou em mais de 40 filmes.

Dirigiu mais de cem filmes na sua carreira, sendo mais conhecido por grandes musicais da Warner na década de 1930.

Foi casado duas vezes e teve dois filhos. Morreu aos 65 anos de Hemorragia cerebral.
