Akonitaza je trivijalni naziv za gvožđe-sumporni enzim akonitat hidratazu (citrat hidrolijazu, EC 4.2.1.3) koji katalizuje reverzibilne reakcije stereospecifične izomerizacije citrata, cis-akonitata i izocitrata u Krebsovom ciklusu.[2][3][4]
