Hromopirolatna sintaza (EC 4.3.1.26, RebD, hromopirolinsko kiselinska sintaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 2-imino-3-(7-hloroindol-3-il)propanoat amonijak-lijaza (formira dihlorohromopirolat).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 2 2-imino-3-(7-hloroindol-3-il)propanoat dihlorohromopirolat + NH3
Ovaj enzim učestvuje u biosintezi rebekamicina.
