Katehol O-metiltransferaza (EC 2.1.1.6, COMT I, COMT II, S-COMT, rastvorna forma katehol-O-metiltransferaze, MB-COMT, membranska forma katehol-O-metiltransferaze, kateholna metiltransferaza, kateholaminska O-metiltransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom S-adenozil-L-metionin:katehol O-metiltransferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

S-adenozil-L-metionin + katehol {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } S-adenozil-L-homocistein + gvajakol

Enzim sisara deluje brže na kateholamine kao što je adrenalin ili noradrenalin nego na katehole.
