含有死亡结构域的蛋白质CRADD(英语:Death domain-containing protein CRADD)是人类中由CRADD基因编码的蛋白质[6][7][8]

功能

该基因编码的蛋白质是含有死亡结构域(CARD/DD)的蛋白质,已被证明可诱导细胞凋亡。通过其CARD结构域英语CARD (domain),该蛋白与胱天蛋白酶2/ICH1相互作用,从而将胱天蛋白酶2/ICH1募集到细胞死亡信号转导复合物中,该复合物包括肿瘤坏死因子受体1英语Tumor necrosis factor receptor 1(TNFR1A)、RIPK1英语RIPK1/RIP激酶和许多其他含有CARD结构域的蛋白。[8]

相互作用

CRADD已被证明与RIPK1英语RIPK1[6][7]胱天蛋白酶2[6][9][10]相互作用。
