Verhaal

Luitenant John C. Drake is gedegradeerd wegens plichtsverzuim. Hij voert het commando over de bedenkelijke bemanning van een militaire onderzeeër. Drake wil zichzelf echter bewijzen. Hij brengt zo verschillende vijandelijke schepen tot zinken.
